En el ámbito educativo, los cambios normativos y las políticas educativas desarrolladas nos muestran la importancia de la Atención a la Diversidad, como vía para hacer efectivo el principio de igualdad de oportunidades y no discriminación promulgado en la Constitución Española y la consecución de un Sistema Educativo inclusivo, de calidad e igualitario.
Por ello, el trabajo con el entorno educativo ha supuesto un pilar básico en la planificación y desarrollo de estas Campañas de Sensibilización Social, ya que es en este ámbito donde se educa a la ciudadanía del futuro y donde se adquieren las competencias básicas para el
desarrollo integral de las personas.
Esta guía, revisada y actualizada, es un complemento a la primera edición publicada en 2010 que pretende profundizar en el desarrollo de estrategias eficaces dirigidas a proporcionar una atención educativa de calidad y adaptada a las necesidades del alumnado con TEA, en entornos escolares inclusivos.
